Unlike large national builders, we stay hands-on with every project, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Our goal is to design and build homes that reflect both craftsmanship and connection — neighborhoods where people know each other, take pride in their surroundings, and feel at home the moment they walk in.

About The Owner
Thailer Farber founded Farber Quality Construction with a simple mission: to blend modern design, dependable construction, and genuine connection into every project.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Thailer earned his degree in Real Estate in May 2025, where he developed both a deep understanding of property development and a passion for community-driven design. Drawing from his experience in family business and a lifelong interest in construction, he built FQC to reflect the values he grew up with — hard work, honesty, and attention to detail.
At just 22 years old, Thailer leads with energy, vision, and a personal touch. Every project under his direction is guided by the same philosophy: build with integrity, treat clients like family, and create spaces that bring people together.
