Auburn Courtyard consists of nine custom-built cottages arranged with both privacy and community in mind. The site layout offers clean access from the main drive, private parking for each home, and landscaped walkways that connect the residences while maintaining an open, cohesive streetscape.
Farber Quality Construction designed two nearly identical floor plans, each with its own layout variation to fit the site and provide subtle individuality across the community:
Plan A Cottage (6 Units)
Plan A features an efficient open-concept layout that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one inviting space. Each home includes a well-sized primary suite, two guest bedrooms, and a front porch that overlooks the shared courtyard, creating a welcoming connection between indoor comfort and the community’s outdoor gathering space. Plan B mirrors the same refined aesthetic and craftsmanship, offering a slightly larger footprint with a similar interior configuration. Its thoughtful design provides generous natural light, practical storage, and a seamless balance between comfort and style.
Both plans are built to FQC’s elevated standards, featuring quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, LVP flooring, and energy-efficient systems throughout. The exterior design ties the neighborhood together through a consistent architectural language of board-and-batten siding, stone accents, dark window trims, and modern black-and-white color schemes.
